I like the sound of the recipes, thank you. Will try the strawbs and asaparagus in the summer…But as a porridge, toast and marmalade or buttered eggs breakfaster, I find it hard to imagine myself eating any kind of salad at breakfast. Can’t see myself preparing a salad then, either… sounds a good, sensible change but, eek, how to make it happen?

Sounds like you have a very fine breakfast already! But if you have never eaten buttered eggs with some chopped or sliced tomato and a little salt, you have missed out. I discovered it when I was about 8 and have not looked back.
